Welcome to Solén Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our studio.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services or engage with our studio.

Services
Solén Studio provides web design, brand identity, and digital strategy services to clients on a project and retainer basis. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to commencement of work.

Payment Terms
All projects require a deposit before work begins, as outlined in the project proposal. Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as specified in the agreed payment schedule. Solén Studio reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work until outstanding payments are received.

Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Solén Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place. All preliminary concepts, unused designs, and working files remain the property of Solén Studio.

Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in the project agreement.

Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in timeline adjustments. Solén Studio is not responsible for project delays resulting from late client feedback or missing materials.

Confidentiality
Solén Studio agrees to keep all client information, business details, and project materials confidential and will not share them with third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solén Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solén Studio operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms
Solén Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
